My small steps

Write down each small step toward people and how it felt. Over weeks, it shows what helps you most. Saved only in this browser.

Do this first

Add one step you took today, however small. Saying good morning to someone counts.

Loneliness can make every effort feel like it made no difference. A simple log helps you see what you actually did, and which kinds of steps left you feeling a little more connected.

Tips

  • Count everything. A smile, a message, a phone call, a walk in a busy park, a class, helping someone.
  • Notice the pattern. After a few weeks, look at which steps you rated highest. Do more of those.
  • No streaks, no pressure. Missing days is normal. Pick it up again whenever you're ready.
  • Not sure what to try? See small first steps.
